We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that we have the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

More than 48 hours' notice

You will receive a full refund.

Within 48 hours

A 50% charge will apply.

Within 24 hours

The full appointment fee will be charged.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend your appointment without contacting us, the full appointment fee may be charged.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
