Rosie
Founder | Soft Tissue Therapist
Rosie's passion for sports and remedial massage grew from her own experience of sport and muscular injuries.
She trained at the London School of Sports Massage, gaining her BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, and has continued to develop her skills through further training in dry needling, manual therapy, joint mobilisation, myofascial cupping, taping and strapping and medical acupuncture for women's health.
Rosie has worked with athletes and sporting teams across football, rugby, cricket and NFL.

Hannah K
Soft Tissue Therapist | Pilates Teacher
Hannah trained alongside Rosie at the London School of Sports Massage and gained her Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy qualification.
She has further training in myofascial cupping, K Taping and medical acupuncture.
Hannah has worked pitch-side with a local football team and at running events across the country.
She believes sports massage should be suitable for everyone — whether you've trained too hard, spent hours at your desk or simply woken up with a niggle.
Hannah is also a qualified Pilates teacher and enjoys helping people move with more awareness and confidence.

Hannah B
Sports Therapist
Hannah is a qualified Sports Therapist with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Gloucestershire.
She has worked across clinics and has developed experience treating both sports-related and work-related musculoskeletal problems.
Outside the clinic, Hannah enjoys skiing, going to the gym and training and competing with her dog, Fynn, in canine sports.

Nina
Physiotherapist
Nina graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a First Class degree in Physiotherapy.
She has experience across musculoskeletal outpatient clinics, acute stroke rehabilitation and trauma and orthopaedic settings.
Nina also works within an NHS musculoskeletal outpatient clinic and has continued to develop her skills through dry needling and cupping.
Alongside her physiotherapy work, Nina works with Basingstoke Bison Ice Hockey Club and has supported England junior teams as a medic.
As someone who has experienced sports injuries herself, Nina understands the frustration that can come with being unable to do the things you enjoy.

Emma
Sports Therapist
Emma graduated with First Class Honours in Sport and Exercise Therapy from Coventry University.
Having grown up playing football and previously playing for Swindon Town, Emma understands the demands that sport can place on the body.
She has worked within clinics, professional sports clubs and with elite athletes.
Emma also has additional training in pregnancy massage and myofascial dry cupping.
Whether you're a fitness fanatic, office worker, keen gardener or busy parent, Emma enjoys helping people understand and manage their aches, pains and injuries.

Sophie
Soft Tissue Therapist
Sophie holds a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy and has continued to develop her skills through further training in myofascial cupping, pregnancy massage, instrument-assisted massage and Level 4 dry needling.
She brings a thoughtful and adaptable approach to treatment, tailoring each session to what your body needs on the day.

Ria
Sports Therapist
Ria is a qualified Sports Therapist who graduated from Bournemouth University in 2022.
She has experience working pitch-side with a men's football team, providing match-day support, pre- and post-match massage, injury management and rehabilitation.
Ria enjoys helping people understand their injuries and supporting them throughout their recovery.
She has also continued to develop her skills through further training in myofascial dry cupping.
