Meet The Team

Rosie

My passion for a career in sports and remedial massaging came following many years of competing in sports and suffering from muscular injuries myself. As I started to gain a more in-depth knowledge about the body and how it positively reacts to massaging, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the industry and strive to support others in reaching their full physical potential.

I trained at the London School of Sports Massage and was awarded a BTEC level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. Since completing my qualifications I am proud to have built up a reputable business from my clinic in Farley Hill, priding myself on providing each of my clients with a service bespoke to meet their specific needs. This approach has enabled me to successfully grow my business and achieve a high level of client retention.

Over the last nine years I have also completed qualifications in dry needling, manual therapy & joint mobilisation, myofascial Cupping, taping and Strapping, to further expand and complement the services I provide to my clients. I have worked with a plethora of international sports teams as a soft tissue therapist, from NFL to cricket, rugby to football.

I am a fully insured member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.

Hannah K

I trained with Rosie at the London School of Sports Massage and earned my Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy qualification. Since qualifying, I have also trained in Myofascial Cupping, K Taping & Medical Acupuncture.

At the beginning of my massage career, I worked with a local football team providing pitch side support and worked at some amazing running events across the country.

I truly believe Sports Massage is suitable for anyone and it really doesn’t have to be a horrible experience! Whether it’s because you’ve trained a bit too much, you’ve been sat at your desk for hours on end or just woke up with a little niggle, Sports Massage with its anatomy knowledge and a variety of techniques, works smarter (not harder!) to make any body feel better.

I am also a qualified Pilates teacher and love the way that Pilates can help any body move mindfully and with ease in a group Reformer setting as well as a more individualised rehab setting.

Hannah B

I am a fully qualified Sports Therapist having graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Gloucestershire. Since graduating I have worked on expanding my qualifications to include KTape, First Aid, Cupping and WaveStone massage and am a fully insured member of the Society of Sports Therapists.

Since completing my degree I have worked in several clinics, developing and improving my sports therapy skills, as well as my working knowledge of sport and work-related musculoskeletal conditions. My interests are mainly centred around my dog, Fynn, whom I train and compete in canine sports with. I also enjoy skiing and going to the gym and use these as my sporting outlet when I am not dog training!

I am now delighted to be working with Rosie, offering my services and welcoming you to her clinic in Farley Hill.

Donna

I am a fully qualified reflexologist having graduated with a ITEC Level 3 Diploma. Since graduating in 2020 i am to expand my qualifications to include fertility and Maternity Reflexology course. ( I will be learning some new and exciting Reflexology techniques for this specialism). Aroma Reflex (use of Aromatherapy oils with Reflexology – specific to your ailments) and Facial Reflexology. I am a fully insured member of the Alan Boswell Group and a member of: AOR (Association of Reflexologists).

I have been working at a Hospice in Reading for the last 10 years and I witnessed the benefits Reflexology had for our patients there who were given treatments by the Complementary Therapist. I was intrigued, had some treatments myself which I found amazing and when I was pregnant with my first child it helped me hugely. I was hooked and embarked on training to be a Reflexologist myself as soon as I could. I am hugely passionate about it and the power of the treatments, so I am really excited to be now working at Rosie’s clinic to offer this service to her clients.

Since qualifying as a Reflexologist I have been working as a mobile Therapist for the last two and half years, treating clients in their own homes. Now I am thrilled to be joining Rosie’s clinic to offer Reflexology in her beautiful treatment room.

Emma

I am a fully qualified Sports Therapist having graduated with a First Class BSc (Honors) in Sport and Exercise Therapy from the Coventry University. Since graduating I have worked on expanding my qualifications to include Pregnancy Massage and Myofascial Dry Cupping. I am a fully insured member of the Society of Sports Therapists (STA).

Since then I have worked within clinics, professional sports clubs and with elite athletes.

I’ve grown up very sporty and active and have played football since I was 8. Since then I’ve had lots of niggles and regularly went for sports massages and physiotherapy, especially during sixth-form when I was playing football 6 times a week for Swindon Town.

Muscular injuries and tension will undoubtedly affect us all at some point so no matter if you’re a fitness fanatic, stressed out office worker, keen gardener or busy full-time parent; if you’re struggling with pain, come and see me and let’s get your healing journey started.

Nina

I graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2024 with a First Class degree in Physiotherapy. During my studies, I completed my Level 3 Sports Massage qualification alongside a Taping in Sport qualification, building a strong foundation in both rehabilitation and sports therapy.

I have gained experience across a wide range of clinical settings, including musculoskeletal outpatient clinics, acute stroke rehabilitation, and trauma and orthopaedic wards within the hospital setting. I currently work part-time within the NHS in a musculoskeletal outpatient clinic, where I assess and treat a variety of MSK conditions.

Alongside my physiotherapy work, I have continued to develop my skill set by completing qualifications in Dry Needling and Cupping Therapy. I have also had the opportunity to work with a variety of national and international sporting teams as a soft tissue therapist.

I currently work as the medic for Basingstoke Bison Ice Hockey Club, providing pitch-side care, injury management, and ongoing rehabilitation for athletes. I have also had the opportunity to travel with England junior teams as their medic, supporting players at a high competitive level.

I also played 1st team netball at university, giving me the opportunity to train and compete alongside some of the top players in the country. Having experienced my own share of sports-related injuries, I understand first-hand the benefits of sports massage, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. I am passionate about helping others recover, perform, and feel their best, and I love working alongside Rosie and the rest of the team to provide high-quality care.

Meg

I studied Sports Massage at St Mary’s university in Twickenham. Since fully qualifying in 2022, I’ve gained my Cupping and medical acupuncture qualifications, along with first aid. I’m a fully insured member of the Sports Therapy Association (STA).

My interest in massage came from my love for sport and seeing the benefits I felt from receiving massage treatment. I worked with and competed on horses for ten years. Since then I have been a full time rower on the World Class Start programme. I stepped away from rowing in 2023 due to injury. I then found my love for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which I compete in regularly. I also love the outdoors and hiking.

I’m excited to be joining the team at Rosie’s and offering my services.
