More than just a massage
When I first started treating clients, I quickly realised that everyone who walks through the door is different.
Some people want help recovering from training.
Some are dealing with an injury.
Some spend all day at a desk and have a neck or back that doesn't seem to agree with them.
Others simply want to look after their body.
That's why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
I want every client to leave feeling that their treatment was specifically designed for them.
How Rosie Sillett Sports Massage grew
What started as my own career in soft tissue therapy has grown into a team of experienced therapists, each bringing their own skills, qualifications and personality to the clinic.
I'm incredibly proud of the team we've built.
Our aim is simple:
To provide high-quality, personalised treatment in a friendly environment where every client feels comfortable, listened to and looked after.
My approach
I want treatment to feel approachable.
You don't need to be an athlete.
You don't need to understand anatomy.
And you definitely don't need to know exactly what's wrong before you walk through the door.
We'll talk to you, assess what's going on and create a treatment approach based around your needs and goals.
Sometimes that means massage.
Sometimes it's rehabilitation.
Sometimes it's a combination.
And sometimes the best thing we can do is help you understand what is going on and point you in the right direction.

About Rosie
Hi, I'm Rosie.
I'm the founder of Rosie Sillett Sports Massage.
My passion for sports and remedial massage started through my own experience of sport and muscular injuries.
After gaining a deeper understanding of how the body responds to soft tissue treatment, I knew I wanted to turn that interest into a career helping other people feel and perform at their best.
I trained at the London School of Sports Massage, gaining my BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy.
Since then, I've continued to develop my skills through further training in areas including dry needling, manual therapy and joint mobilisation, myofascial cupping, taping and strapping, and medical acupuncture for women's health.
I've also had the opportunity to work with athletes and sporting teams across a range of sports, including football, rugby, cricket and NFL.
